Had a tick bite and symptoms.. people here were very nice. My wait time was short- making an appointment was easy. The doctor was helpful. It's not like The Mayo Clinic- but Everything you would expect from a solid, smaller town medical center.
Sat in the exam room for two hours! Asked staff "how much longer" multiple times and they kept saying i was next. Each time they have me an attitude like I should be happy to wait. Total time in the doctors office was almost 3 hours just to get 3 minutes with the actual doctor.
I called to make an appointment and was told to come in as a walk in. I arrived at 9:30 and was not seen for 2.5 hours. At the 1 hour mark I was checked in by the nurse, got my blood pressure taken and was told I'd be seen shortly, but after 2 hours I thought they had forgotten me. I asked the receptionist if they forgot me and she said It would be a few minutes. I finally just walked up and left after 2.5 hours (left at NOON). Totally ridiculous.
Worst run medical office I have ever been to. Never once do you go and not have to wait extremely long times, even when your the first appointment of the day.
Refused to give me a PCR Covid test. Said I should have some chicken soup and gargle with salt water. What a joke!
