I am a new patient and I have only seen the PA Kathleen, I thought, she was very thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns. I like that the wait time to see the doctor is very short. I think the checkout ladies are very very helpful. This has been my experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Cleary for the last 16 years. He is a great doctor. He is always willing to listen and discuss in details about my health concerns. I had never had any problems calling them. They would answer within seconds or a few minutes. Very professional and helpful. However, I have been trying to call his office yesterday and today, no one was answering for 30 minutes. Had to drop my calls. I wonder if this is a result of their recent office renovation? Very weird.

Our families complaint is toward the MD's office staff. My daughter was in the ER the day before for chest pain and SOB. While in the ER she had a cardiac work up done. The ER Physian wanted my daughter to be seen by her primary physician the very next day. She is 23yrs old. We were on the phone for over an hour (75 minutes) to try to make an appointment and no one answered. It was during office hours -2 hrs before lunch. We couldn't even leave a message. We don't live far so we went to the office in person . When arrived there were 3 ladies behind the desk. The waiting room had 1 patient and there was one other person checking out. Of course I don't know how many were in the back rooms waiting to be seen. No one was answering the phones so that's why the same message kept looping. When we told her how long we have been calling the lady was quite rude with a very raised voice she Stated that they don't have enough staff. Pretty much admitted that they were not answering the phones. We were able to be seen later on in the day. The physician was great, he referred my daughter to a cardiologist. And recommended several other tests. We just wanted to be seen by her primary and were very concerned. There should not be any excuse to as why an office doesn't answer the appointment line for over a hour. That is very dangerous to their high risk clients. Perhaps the MD's are not aware that their staff are not answering the patients office calls. That is very concerning. In reading the reviews I'm noticing several of the same complaints. Hopefully they can remedy this so their reviews will improve.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cleary's for about two years, and have seen him multiple times, if not every single time. He is a very caring physician; and both he and the staff are very kind and friendly.
The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, is because they hardly answer the phone anymore since they've remodeled. They use to answer right away, now I'm lucky if they piup at all.

Dr. Cleary was great for the first few visits, then I never saw him again. Ever since the switch, it's been awful. I've called several times and each time I waited on hold for 20-30 minutes before I end the call. No answer all day. Will not be going back.
