I had a severe case of Acticnic Keratosis on my scalp. Earlier this year I saw Dr. Lee and now everything has been treated and resolved. He has a great manner and is very easy to talk to. He is retiring and I wish him the best.

Dr . Kevin Lee is very rude, as well as arrogant he will not let you finish talking and will blatantly tell you that he is the doctor so you can be quiet. The slightest question you have about something you do not agree on or need more of an explanation he will talk down to you and answer irresponsibly. The secretary's are lovely the doctor on ther hand can use another class or two on communicating with his clients in a respectful manner.
I was very disappointed with my experience (over the phone) with Dr. Lee today. I had called at 10:00am and explained that I had tested positive for covid 19 on 12/15 and was feeling better and my last day of isolation was on 12/25; however I wanted to get my chest listened to today because I was having chest discomfort (a side effect that I have heard is common after having covid). The receptionist would not make an appointment for me to come in without speaking to Dr. Lee first. Fair enough. By 2:00pm I still hadn't received a call back so I called again - no problem. The receptionist said they were busy (also fair) and spoke to the doctor while I was on hold. She came back on the phone and said Dr. lee said go to the ER. There wasn't much explanation as to why. I explained that it didn't seem to rise to the level of the ER and I asked if I could speak to dr. Lee. Dr. Lee got on the phone with me but did not offer any help. Instead of asking me my symptoms, he only said I had to go to the emergency room because covid causes arteries to clog. As you could imagine, this set my anxiety into a world wind. Once he said that, my heart started racing and I couldn't breath. All I wanted was for him to listen to my chest, or at the very least, offer telehealth and home remedies to make my chest discomfort easier. He spoke to me for less than 3 minutes and ended the call dismissively with a "take care." I am truly disappointed with the way Dr. Lee handle me today. Needless to say, I will never call for an appointment or go to the office again. I wanted others to know about my experience because surviving covid is already an unpleasant and traumatic experience. A doctor should help, not make the experience worse.
Always the best experience . . . Dr. Lee is a great doctor, he sincerely cares about your health, both now and going forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a really, really good primary care physician.
I find Dr Lee to be an excellent Dr. He is knowledgeable and empathetic. My husband and I have been using him for years. The staff are pleasant and go out of their way to accomadate patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.
