Dr. Mustafa is wonderful, comprehensive doctor. I'm very happy with my experience with her. Ignore the one star review, that person is ridiculous. It's not her responsibility to know the ins and outs of your particular insurance plan, buddy. That's your job. Please learn how insurance works before you attempt to tank a good person's career out of petty ignorance. I'm glad she doesn't have to deal with such a rude, silly person anymore.
I do not recommend this practice!! I had an awful experience when I went for my annual physical. There is never a co pay for an annual physical. The doctor asked me if I had any questions, and I asked one question. About a month later I received a bill for a co pay for my physical. I was so confused. Long story short they have a new policy at this office. If you go for a physical and ask anything at all you will get a charge for a co pay. According to the office staff you can only get blood work done at your physical can not ask anything. So if you go for your physical and you have any concern do not bother saying anything. I was more mad that not the office staff or the nurse or the doctor said anything to me about this policy. So beware!!!!!!
She is great! Very calming, kind, attentively listens.
