His team at the clinic worked with me resolve follow-up testing scheduling issues and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. This is one of those people you want to have as your doctor!

My appointment with Dr. Pilchik went very well. He had a suitable bedside manner and listened to my observations, thoughts, and concerns. He also took the time to thoroughly explain my test results and share important details, information, and the benefits of his prescribed medicine.

I had phoned in to request this appointment with Dr. Pilchiik to gain help on very recent problem with new serious incidents of dizziness. And very low resting HR. First, the phone team is the best - far above and beyond the norm. They booked me for 30 Jan. Second, the office team, also great. Always warm welcome - Ms. Erin - a smile and 'pls have a seat'. Waiting room not crowded. RN Fatima took us back - did vitals and made notes. Dr. Pilchik comes in - my wife notes 'He's always smiling!' And he is a great cardiologist. He did physical exam of heart and then reviewed my medications. Which med was most likely causing the abnormally low HR.? He identified the suspect med. Stop taking it. And double dose for another med I'm already taking This should bring up resting HR and resolve dizzy problem. It is now the next day, my HR is back to normal. I'm feeling strong. And I'm confident if I have any problem I can pick up phone and reach my cardiologist right away. Dr. Pilchik and NYPMG provide the best care I've ever had.

I like Doctor Pilcheck. He is personable straight forward and always on time.
