The worst response team. No knowledge of policies and procedures by the staff who answers phones. No customer service what so ever. Defensive and rude. Professionalism is not anywhere in the picture. The best way to respond is to attack and have a "loud mouth manager" call you back and yell at you instead of explaining what the policy is and how to proceed following the law. Defensive means probably not that "clean". The worst medical office I had to deal with.
