Dr. Hametz is amazing. I can't believe he's leaving and NYP is actually letting him go. I am definitely going to follow him because he is the perfect example of what a good doctor is. His nurses are so friendly and caring as well. Your loss NYP. You're losing something great and probably your patients too.

Had a great visit with Dr Howard Tarkin! I very much appreciate his continued determination to help me reach my weight goal. His friendly manner is always terrific and he's always pro-active with my heart health and overall well being. I couldn't ask for a better heart health mentor!!! (I should probably tell him these things face-to-face.)

I had an excellent visit with Dr Hametz earlier this week to review my blood counts and a quick check-up. As usual I was taken on time and had my pressure, weight, and EKG done first. Then Dr. Hametz came in and we discussed how I was feeling, and answered any questions that I had. At no time, did I feel rushed or hurried.

My appointment at the HVH Cath LAB 1 on 12/04/2025 was a great experience. Dr. Prabhu explained my procedure and answered all my questions. His staff was very friendly, pleasant and always asked how I was. My wife and I were there for 6 hours and to not have a negative thing to say.

My experience at NYPMG Cardiology has always been exceptional. The nurses, staff and especially my cardiologist, Dr. Hameroff, have always been courteous, professional, caring and knowledgeable. I'm blessed to have access to such a wonderful team.
