I had an excellent first visit with Dr. "Steve" Sisselman in Commack. He has a great personality and even gave a firm handshake, which you don't see much anymore. Even though it was our first time meeting, we clicked right away. His bedside manner was second to none.
The visit itself was quick, but I never felt rushed. He listened and actually cared about what I had to say. In a world where it feels like doctors are scored by how many patients they can see, almost like a video game, Dr. Sisselman goes the other way. He takes the old school approach of slowing down and asking, "How do you really feel? Tell me about it. I have the time."
The staff was also friendly and efficient, and my results showed up fast in the Healow app. All around, it was one of the best doctor visits I've had, and I'd recommend him without hesitation.

I would have given a 5 but my test results for clearance on a procedure were not sent timely and I had to follow up with Urologist and then with Dr S's office to finally get it sent to urologist. Not happy about that.
