Unprofessional front desk, can't even schedule the appointment correctly. I received a phone call for appointment time 12:45pm but was notify to come early for two additional test. The date before the appointment they called to confirm and claim don't need to come early otherwise you have to wait. Also no food or drink three hours prior to test. During the test I waited past my appointment time, the staff claim is not necessary to be fasting. No one has a clue here! Not recommend.

Dr. Lau has always been very caring and thorough andtakes his time explaining to my father. Also, the front desk is professional and caring. Called to reschedule an appt for my father and the receptionist offered her condolences for my mom who passed away eventhough she's only been to the office once. That really was very touching and much appreciated.

Dr Lau has been our family doctor for over a decade. Besides than a board certified bilingual practitioner who has over 20 years of experience in internal medicine, he is gentle, tidy, detailed and considerate. He remembers my family medical history and makes me feel at ease during every visit. Even though he's always busy, he tries his best to answer all my questions and patiently listens to my bragging as well as my feedback in terms of his given advice or prescription(s). I believe that his medical information are sincere and not for the sake of selling the drug. The consultation fees are reasonable and he would not overcharge for his services. During the times when I have to pay out of my pocket, he provides discounts (upon request) and drug samples to help me out. Although it didn't make a big difference, I feel appreciated because the price reduction is only given out to his long-term valuable clients. I like his new office (less than 2 blocks radius) because it is much cleaner and roomier as compared to his old location. The staffs are always nice and cheerful. Unlike other clinics, their customer service team is polite and helpful regardless in-person or by-phone. I notice that they are really trying to assist instead of directing the inquiry to other parties and diffusing their responsibilities. One thing I do not enjoy is the waiting time. I always arrive there prior to my appointment and yet, I have to wait for at least another half hour for my turn. Why are they letting the walk-in patients (who arrived 5 minutes before me) to be seen first? What is the point of scheduling an appointment then? I understand the fact that Dr Lau has a huge list of clients but I have to say that such action is unfair and he needs to improve on his (appointment) time management. I have seen Dr Lau for almost 12 years up to date. Overall, I am pleased with his service throughout the years. I trust Dr Lau and I would highly recommend Dr Lau to anyone!

Dr Lau is a professional who really cares about his patients. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Always gets back to me during and after office hours. Grateful to have him as my cardiologist.

I have been a patient here for many years and the care and service is excellent. Dr. Lau takes great care of me and if I need to contact him he gets back to me within hours.
