Dr. Ryan O'Connor is the absolute best cardiologist. He's extremely patient, down-to-earth, and talks to you like a real person, not in medical jargon that you can't understand. He listens to your concerns and is proactive about ruling things out rather than brushing you off or blaming age or anxiety. He never pushes medication; instead, he takes the time to go over every treatment option with you. His bedside manner is incredible, and he even calls personally with results so you're not left waiting and worrying. He is absolutely amazing.

After having Dr Gianfagna as my cardiologist for over 20 years I was assigned Dr Mohan who seems to have the same caring and communication skills as Dr Gianfagna. Staff, Tech's and Dr's all are first rate and I highly recommend this location if you are ever in need of Cardiac care.

First impression: They seemed decently efficient. I showed up to my appointment and did not wait long. The office staff was polite. The two nurses/techs were professional, kind, and courteous. I often find myself nervous and on-edge with medical stuff, so to have good people like this is not something I take lightly, so I want to share my appreciation for them. I have trouble remembering names, Jessica, and the other lady I think was with a K or an M?

I like Trinity and the staff seems amazing when I go into the office. My problem is that when I call whomever answers the telephone seems like I'm bothering them and they are just there and they have to deal with you. Why? . I can choose other places to go. This is not a way to treat your patient that keeps you in business. This is what I always get when I call in especially the MA line. If you don't like your job there are other ones out there.

I was told I needed heart surgery by a different Dr for my coronary artery so I decided I wanted a 2nd opinion before jumping into something so serious. My first visit with Dr. Song was very vague & short. Instead of introducing herself, she looks at my cane & says "what's this for?" I explained how I've been losing my balance for a while now. Figures I'm only 32, so that's concerning. I'm explaining my symptoms and all my questions are being answered with quick "mhms". And she says she can't answer anything until I have a stress test done. I get the stress test(had to take a break from struggling so bad) and am scheduled with a nurse for a follow up. The follow up was just as dry as my first visit.. she says my results are pretty normal, that I should follow up with primary. I tell her new symptoms and issues I've had since the last visit.. and keeps insisting I go back to my primary who sent me to emergency room originally for bad blood flow to the heart (how I found out my diagnosis).. and says it might be vascular because my veins have been hurting/ nails turning blue/ feet swelling..I ask is there any more testing that can be done? Ultrasound.. etc. she finally says she can set that up. I get a call about the machines being broken and having to reschedule at different location. Okay.... I get it done. Having excruciating chest pains in between appts so I call and let them know, a nurse calls back and says to go to emergency room when that happens. (They always send me back to a cardiologist) :( i request a heart holster since my follow up got postponed. Long story short I got no answers and told I should see A STOMACH DR. All because I mentioned my chest pains were so intense that I felt nauseous. Be prepared to get "mhm'd" while talking and your health not being taken serious. Don't recommend. And have everything documented incase I go into cardiac arrest. I attached photos that were not apparently heart related and Dr Song said my circulation can't be affected. But my nails are turning blue!!
