Dr. Hong is very personable, not one of these Drs. that act like the office is an assembly line. After my heart attack he even called me as he was boarding a plane to go on vacation. He and his staff are very caring and thorough.

Dr Hong is a 5 star doctor full of energy and very committed to his patients health. Unfortunately his staff rates very low. A simple phone call for test results of my heart, very important to most of us, was met with snide comments and a patronizing attitude telling me I'm supposed to wait 8 weeks for results of my test. I sincerely hope she was just having a bad day and does not treat all patients in this manner
