Extremely nice individual however to be honest he ordered a mini pacemaker and instead a larger one arrived as he installed the larger one as the patient needed the small one . Being apologetic at the time however still Installed the larger one and the patient experiences constant pain as it's too big for the size of the patient . I find it to be extremely unprofessional and unacceptable that the patient should live with this uncomfortable situation due to his lack of responsibility. I give him the four star rating instead of a five due to what we mentioned however a four star rating as his work is amazing as an independent cardiologist examined the patient and said it's the best work he has ever seen .In essence one has nothing to do with another.

Dr Greenberg is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all of the latest procedures and he cares about his patients and gives them time and his attention. If he is your doctor, you are in excellent hands. We highly recommend him.

The staff at the desk is terribly rude. I called for an appointment and had to wait over a month to see a doctor when I arrive they say they need my records and I should have obtained it prior. When I made the appointment no one said anything about it to me. Then they told me it's not their responsibility. This place really needs customer service training. Bunch of miserable people in here stay far away!
