If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Tiny cramped space, overcrowded because even if you have an appointment, the wait is 2 to 4 hours. The staff is never the same, always new workers. Over worked, underpaid. They book too many people for one time and it's ridiculous. They need to shut down.
BEWARE 4Hour wait.... too long. They only have 1 doctor and the wait is ridiculous. Someone almost collapsed due to light dizziness because she was hungry. Ridiculous! something has to be done immediately. I am going to another doctor, and several other patients have done the same.
Horrible place. Horribly long wait times whether you have an appointment or not. There is only one doctor here and the staff is highly unprofessional and clueless. They ask the doctor simple and basic questions all the time that they should know. They don't even know exactly what they're supposed to collect from patients, I've seen a woman who desperately had to use the bathroom ask five times if the doctor needed her urine or not and the medical assistant couldn't answer her more than saying he doesn't know even though he'd be the one collecting it. The phlebotomist doesn't even wash his hands after using the bathroom and he loudly proclaims your insurance or any kind of medical issue you're having by discussing your patient information around others. They push bloodwork on everyone no matter they're there for because of whatever money it gets them from the insurance. I'm disgusted by this place and believe you'd be better off going almost anywhere well else. If this is your primary care doctor, switch ASAP. The saddest part is that the doctor works really hard and does his best to do what he can for his patient. You can see he's just frustrated by the incompetence of the people who work under him but he can't do 50 jobs at once.
Owner is very rude and disrespectful. Would give zero stars if I could. Go elsewhere for your healthcare needs.
The wait is long but the service is excellent even in P.A I still come back
