I wish I could give it 0 stars because that's what this place deserves. Please do yourself and your family a favor and do not see this doctor. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and my grandma has been his patient since. He was a great doctor before but i don't know what happened the past 2 years but him and his nurse Millie are the rudest people I have ever come across. Dr.Rashid has YELLED and threw pens and papers around, creating a fuss because my mother talked over him. He got so mad that he literally told my mom and grandma to get out the office. My mother was scarred from the experience but we literally have no choice but to go here since it's close. Just recently the pharmacy told us we needed a new prescription for a medicine so we call his office and Millie calls us back saying there is already a prescription at the pharmacy and to not call her if we don't need anything. WHY WOULD WE CALL HER IF WE DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING? Clearly we called because the pharmacy told us to... the back and forth and the rudenesss....I honestly don't understand why still lower income area has to have the worst medical service. This isn't fair. Do we really deserve bad health service because we're in a lower income neighborhood or do they keep acting like this because they know they will keep getting away with it and will continue to still have business because there's barely any GOOD doctors in this area?

After the service I received I would give zero stars if it would be possible. I came to this office, to get clearance for a mild cosmetic procedure and only needed an EKG. The staff at the office ended up doing unnecessary tests like sonogram, checking my liver, carotid, DVT test, stress test and thyroid. I asked for a copy of the EKG to send to my doctor, which was excepted without a written report, because I am healthy person. Today, 2 month later, I cannot get a report for any of the tests, and the staff tells all of kind of excuses. Its fraud to do all of these procedures if they are unnecessary, and if you are really sick person, you will be dead by the time you get any results back. Find a cardiologist who truly cares about your health and not milking your insurance and money. Very disappointed.

One of the worse Dr. office I have ever seen. They don't know how to manage medical record, medical clearance and Urgent medical issue for the patient. When ever you visit this place dr. will add you more and new medicine rather then look into the underlying whole medical condition. So DON'T put yourself in a danger situation. Not satisfy with this Doctor office.

Rashid is the Best Cardiologist I know. He's sees you in 10 minutes. Always listens to his patients. He's kept my 97 year old Grandmother and My Mother alive!

This place is disaster. They don't know how to respect the patient. The people working in the front the lady name 'Mili' is very disrespectful. They entire team do not know how handle emergencies issue. They are very rude, with arrogance behavior. I would never go back to this place ever. They need to learn how to operate a medical office. Very disappointed. Not recommended.
