This office is a mess. They lost all the information about my office visit, saying I cancelled my appointment, when I spent hours there filling out forms and taking tests. They don't reply to insurance approval departments. They hang up on you repeatedly when you call, saying the phones are having trouble that day. It's time to fix the phones then. This happens every time I call. The doctor was terrific and clearly knows his stuff, but his support staff and administration can't handle the load, and if you're unlucky, like me, they lose all your information and it's hours of time and effort wasted. Apparently, according to my office tests, that have been lost, I need to see a heart doctor, but this one isn't it. zero stars.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office and would not recommend it to others. First, I was contacted two or three times to change my appointment time, which was already inconvenient. Then, despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time to see the doctor. The front desk staff informed me it would take 15 minutes to see the doctor, followed by an additional hour or more to determine the tests the doctor would recommend. After waiting 45 minutes, I ultimately decided to cancel my appointment and leave. The waiting area was overcrowded with 15-17 people, and there weren't enough chairs for everyone. I had to wait in the vestibule while it was a freezing 20 degrees outside for the entire wait. Which made the extended delay even more frustrating and uncomfortable. From the reviews, it seems like the doctor is excellent, but having the wrong people mismanaging his appointments is unacceptable. Wasting 2-4 hours for one visit is simply not ok, regardless of how good the doctor may be. This office needs to significantly improve its scheduling system, better manage patient flow, and provide adequate seating for those waiting. I won't be returning to this office, and I recommend others be prepared for long delays and discomfort before booking here.

Can't please all he is good office staff needs better and effective management phone etiquette not so good at all

Dr. Ahmad is thorough, asks lots of questions and is clear in communicating with you. Office is a little busy, but moves along quickly enough. They do a pretty good job of keeping things moving, even if you have multiple tests. Staff is helpful and courteous even when busy.

I am disappointed about some of the negative reviews here. Dr. Ahmad is an amazing Cardiologist who has been treating me for over 10 years! He cares and I trust him! His office is extremely busy and the wait time is longer than most. That is because he is a great doctor and takes the time to answer questions and explain things. I don't mind waiting an hour or two to see this amazing doctor!
