Outstanding Doctor - Highly Recommend Dr. Jolanta Dmochowska! Dr. Jolanta Dmochowska is an absolutely amazing doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. She has been taking care of me and my elderly parents, who are both in their 90s, with the utmost professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Her genuine care and attention to detail make such a difference - she truly listens, takes her time, and ensures that every concern is addressed. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her as our primary care doctor. Dr. Dmochowska speaks both Polish and English fluently, which has been a huge help in making my parents feel comfortable and understood during every visit. I can't recommend Dr. Jolanta Dmochowska enough - she's not only a wonderful physician but also a kind and caring person who truly has her patients' best interests at heart.

Should have looked at other reviews before I came. Was here for a physical and doctor was fine. Waited over 1.5 hours for normal labs after and was told conflicting things about how long it might take and where I was in line. Eventually decided to leave because I was told I could go to another NYU location. At that NYU location now and they told me they transferred my labs to sunrise and can't transfer them back but they will try and text to see if they can get them back. At 35 minutes of waiting here.

Had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Harveen Kaur and arrived on time, only to learn all morning appointments were canceled without any notification. Lost two hours of work. Another patient mentioned this has happened before. Poor communication and lack of respect for patients' time.

I waited months for an appointment, only for it to be canceled the day before. After taking time off work to attend, I was told they attempted to call me once, but the call didn't go through, and no further attempts were made to reach me. The only resolution offered was to reschedule the appointment four months later. I regret not reading the reviews sooner; I would have changed my primary care provider much earlier. My partner used to visit this office before it was taken over by NYU, and it was reportedly much better back then.

Terrible experience. We left without seeing the doctor. We had and appointment and we're told that there were two patients ahead of us. Initially it seemed like a smooth process but waited for so long that we decide to just leave. This place is very chaotic and disorganized, so I can almost understand the rudeness of the front desk staff who couldn't be bothered and keep sending me to the next person. Overall not a great experience.
