Patient
Dear Dr. Palta, You are an excellent doctor, but the person in charge of medication probably should've been reassigned years ago. Patients' health is at further risk due to your staff. Repeatedly I've had multiple issues with my pharmacist and insurance company claiming they are still not receive responses after multiple attempts requesting medications. The person at your office doesn't even call back the patient, nor the pharmacy, nor the insurance company! I was assured this vital discrepancy was addressed, but it is now happening again. My elderly parents have also had problems with getting their medications, as well as another person I referred to the wonderful doctor. This is vital cardiac medication that if I don't take, I will likely die! Please improve your staffing, so your patients don't die from lack of their heart medications. Other than this very important issue, this is a great doctor I have been to for many years. Such a shame! :( ***EDIT: Please note that I posted this review several years ago and gave three stars based on the excellent physician, Dr. Palta. However, there have since been multiple additional errors that I strongly believe could've cost myself and multiple patients I referred to this office their lives!! We are unfortunately down to the lowest star rating now, which is one star. If you manage to make it alive to see Dr. Palta, he is actually an excellent doctor, but you have to get past the staff first!! P.S. - Protect yourself- we were not safe- today my BP was 155/110 (on BP meds) after they repeatedly refused me appointments... what does that tell you? Stay safe.
