I really like Dr. Yacoub. He's compassionate and listens to what I say which for me is very important. The medical assistant was phenomenal, I'm so mad that I can't remember her name. I was nervous and my pressure was high but she took her time with me and told me to take some deep breathes and to relax. She had to repeat it 3x but she had so much patience she was heaven sent. You could tell she enjoys her job. Need more people like her in the medical field.
Dr. Yacoub was very professional and attentive during my visit. He answered all questions and was thorough in his explanation. I was seen on time. The office was immaculate and staff was polite and efficient.
The Doctor told me that the reasin for the pain is probably that I'm still healing. Ordered some pain patches but, the insurace won't pay for them.
