I like Dr. Gopa. She is a very thorough cardiologist. Most of the times that I have visited with her, she has been very busy. But she takes her time. She is very concerned about her patients and she is genuine. I do NOT like her receptionist. The woman has a bad attitude. Plus she always says, come right in, we are not busy. Then you arrive and there are 10 patients waiting to see the doctor,
I've only been coming here for a little while. Dr. Gopa appears to be a good doctor, I guess, but the waiting over an hour or more to see her is ridiculous. I'm also concerned that she dosen't read up and familiarize herself with my chart just to catch up on who I am before I get there. I guess I am not used to this and accustomed to a more personal approach.
