Great experience with the dermatologist. I needed to get an annoying mole off my cheek. When I walked in, it was barely any wait. The assistant Rosa was great. Very sweet and professional. She answered all my questions while I waited for the doctor. My procedure was quick and painless. The doctor did a great job. I will be returning for my future issues

I've been coming to this doctor's office for a while. In the past, the wait times have sometimes been longer than expected, which can be a bit frustrating. However, I was pleasantly surprised at my most recent visit--they were right on time, and everything went smoothly. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the care I receive is solid. If they can keep up with the improved scheduling, I'd definitely bump this up to 5 stars.

HORRIBLE SERVICE in the dermatology office. Upon arrival Elizabeth the receptionist was so rude and unaccommodating. I already sent my insurance and I'd prior to my visit. She became nasty saying I needed the back of my insurance card when I already was told I was good to see the doctor! As a receptionist, once you have the member ID number you are able to pull information or billing should be able to pull information. Very nasty demeanor and very unprofessional. Claudette was trying to be helpful but her staff was extremely rude. It took over 30 minutes to be called. 10:20 was my appointment time and now at 11:11 still have yet to be seen. Once I was called, I was actually speaking with Claudette and was skipped because I was having a quick conversation about the professionalism in this office. Just from that experience I WILL NEVER EVER use them to facilitate my medical needs.

As soon as I came in I saw smiles on top of smiles, entering the door I felt so very comfortable I know I will like it here. Thank u beautiful ladies. Great job, may you continue making people feel special. Thank you again for everything.One more thing expect a clean space.

Horrible medical center, if you want to call it that. I visited Dr charles Francis 3x up to my last visit and nothing was ever taken into account, meds were being sent to the wrong pharmacy and when I called they said they would get back to me and never did. I wound up going back to my old doctor to get my prescriptions filled. The last time I was in I walked out after an hour of waiting. Not one nurse or practitioner even acknowledged I was there, I asked if my name was going to be called and a nurse told me that I was waiting in the wrong area, she asked I walk with her to the next waiting area. When the nurse told the other nurse if I was going to be called the one from the room I was not waiting in rudely said "she didn't hear me calling her all that time", obviously I didn't but not only that no one texted, called or anything else. I left and was not seen but they still billed my insurance. I no longer want to be seen here, these nurses need to be spoken to about client care and bed side manners. Absolutely atrocious.
