The second I walked through the doors of this doctor's office, the employees, nurses and Dr. Patel instantly made a point to welcome me. The genuine kindness and service while going through the check-in/patient process was so refreshing to me. The office is in a convenient location, the staff is patient/courteous, and the entire team always is eager to answer any of your questions and attend to your needs. Moreover, Dr. Patel is one of the kindest humans I've ever met. He takes the time to listen to you and you can tell he really cares about each of his patients' so deeply and genuinely (he really wants to help and cares about your health and greater good). I have only been here a couple times so far, but the doctor always knows how to make me smile and I always seem to head out the door from my appointment laughing and going about my day happier than when I came in!!! He is superb at his job and has a wonderful practice! Highly recommend!!!

Exceptional. This office is a one stop shop with much of the testing machinery most doctors refer out for, right in the same building. Dr Patel was friendly and understanding. All other medical staff were also very professional, yet friendly.

I would NOT recommend this doctor if you are a new patient, had a terrible experience first time going to this office. Dr Patel only cares about running your insurance through. He rushes his sessions with you does not care to answer your questions and gives you watered down answers when you bring up a concern you have to his attention. I heard when he first opened his office he showed compassion to patients but as he grew so did his greed for only caring about taking your money. Also has a bad habit of double booking appointments. Most of the 4-5 star reviews you see here are FAKE, terrible treatment I would never go back.

Worst phone service! No voicemail option to leave a message; just music playing. Or you are put on hold for 15 minutes. Or you leave a message and no one calls you back. I like Dr. Patel, Jose, the manager and Adam. One would think they would want easily accessible communication with their patients.

The absolute best office you could ever come too. My family has been coming to this office for about four years now. Every single time the doctor and staff are dedicated, patient, kinds, thoughtful, fast and efficient. The most talented sonogram technician, who is extremely thorough. The best phlebotomy nurse in the universe, leaves you painless every time. Coming here doesn't feel dreadful, we are always happy visiting Dr.Patel. If there is an emergency the doctor will always see you and always take care of you whether in hospital procedure or clinic appointment. It's rare to find this level of care in NY especially with a specialist. You won't be disappointed!
