Dr. Hui Guan, MD

We had one of the worst medical experiences ever with this doctor. He showed a shocking level of arrogance and a bureaucratic attitude, as if he brought the condescending habits of certain domestic doctors to the U.S. We completed several tests at his clinic and asked for the reports so we could continue treatment in China. He refused to provide them. He even claimed he had performed a cardiac angiography on us -- something that was never done -- which explains why he could not provide any actual report. What was even more unacceptable was his attitude. He loudly bragged about paying taxes in the U.S. as if that made him superior, and openly looked down on patients who use insurance. He even yelled at us inside the clinic, in front of many elderly Chinese patients who also rely on insurance. He seemed completely unaware that without insured patients, he wouldn't receive a single cent from the government. This doctor's behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly disgraceful. He has completely lost our trust. Do not go to this doctor under any circumstances.

Worse doctor ever!! Avoid if you can. I took my grandfather to the clinic today because he had a very rapid heart rate. This doctor doesn't show any professionalism, his desk is very very messy! He didn't answer our question and kept typing and yawning and wanted to go to sleep. No tests were conducted in the clinic, he said we will need to schedule for another appointment in order to conduct further tests. This is the worse doctor I ever seen, very unprofessional.

Worst doctor office I never seen My appointment was 4pm. The nurse called me and ask me came earlier 3:30. I arrived around 3:35. I had to waiting Until 4:48 . I couldn't even begin check.

If you have choice do not come here, ask your family doctor give you another opinion! first time here we saw a man was so pissed off bcs he waited 3 hours. second time here We waited 2 hours still for nothing, doctor is not seeing anyone, every one was waiting . I had to leave to my class! Very bad management tiny place.
