I love coming to this place, the NP is the sweetest, she is very thorough and and informative. She take the time to explain things and answers any concerns gracefully. Nykyta (medical assistant) is absolutely amazing, always a pleasure to work with, very lively and nurturing guy. After my last visit about a month ago I scheduled another appointment for 10/21 for a filing. When I arrived to the office I was told that my appointment did not show up. I provided the card with the day and time. However, due to an alleged migration of system, my appointment was washed out. I was rescheduled for today 10/22, and same thing happened. My appointment was missing again. Bad experience to come to this place. I just left. Nothing I would do or say was just worthless. At this point I just want my records given back to me so I can go to another place. I also want my name to be removed from this office database. Whoever is in charge please make the necessary arrangements for this to happen. My phone number is on file so please let me know when I can have the requested records and certication that my information is no longer available at this office.it will be greatly appreciated if my request is fulfilled before 10/30

I had such a great experience with Dr. Brajic. He was truly amazing incredibly gentle and made me feel at ease the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. What stood out the most was his patience, something that's often hard to find in a dentist. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, and skilled dental professional.

It's 4:13pm and I just got home from my 3:30pm "appointment". I had not gone to PT for a little over a month since I had so much trips and other things going on. I decided to book an appointment for today at 4:30pm (which I booked yesterday with them). I got a message later on saying for me to call them to see if I could make it earlier. I called in today early and I rescheduled the appointment for 3:30pm with no issues. I left work early. When I arrived, there was two middle eastern men (one which is usually there) along with the Russian girl who I normally see there as well. He makes an internal call and then tells me since I haven't been there for over a month, I need another referral from my doctor since a) It can expire after a few months and b) if you don't go after one month (I think he said) it deactivates. HERE IS THE PROBLEM: No one ever mentioned this to me when I booked the appointment or when I first started coming to this place. Had I known, I would have gone to my doctor to get a new referral instead of wasting my time. So this place knowing this, does not check your record to remind you these things. I asked for a doctor's note and he said that wouldn't be possible. So guess what? My job is going to think I'm lying about leaving early today and who cares about that? This is unacceptable that they're quick to book an appointment to milk my insurance but don't take the time for record keeping for their patients to avoid wasting their time. This review is for their downtown, Brooklyn location at 200 Livingston Street.

Update on 7/6/2024: I just saw the reply by the business. Unfortunately, I wish I could say that I misread or misunderstood a document. Before I had my visit, I spoke with the person at the front desk who was liaising with the billing office. It was a simple office visit, and I wanted to understand the estimated cost. The person did not seem like they wanted to help me, for one. Also, she was vague and said I would need to pay more than the amount quoted by my insurance. I didn't know what that meant, and she would not clarify. I decided to trust the insurance company since I had also called them back to double check what the Center was telling me. When I received the bill, I followed up to ask, and the same person responded as if everyone knew that the Center charged an office fee. She hadn't ever mentioned an office fee before. This was a failure to communicate the fee and a lack of transparency. ___________________________ Sharing in case helpful to new patients: This center charges a $250 facilities fee on top of the doctor's fee. The doctor is in network with my insurance, but the facility isn't, so I was billed $250 for each visit on top of my copay, which was not shared with me either by the insurance company or the billing department of the Medical Center. The billing staff did not tell me about the facilities fee and only kept repeating that I would be charged in full even though my doctor is in network, which made no sense. It took multiple calls with my insurance to figure out the separate facilities fee. While the lack of transparency with medical billing is an issue throughout the country; this instance was particularly bad.
