The staff who assist with my check in and security are very professional and polite . My nurses and Drs are "THE BEST " . We always have great conversations about my activities and of course my health. I always anticipate a great appointment , my friends always want to know what I'm going to wear , as the staff always compliment me.

Both the clinic and their hospital across the street are my very care team! Even in the emergency situation, if I know I can make it, I do not call 911 because I do not want them to bring me to the nearest hospital: I hail a cab so I can go to NYP hospital(done this several times during some of my asthma attacks). They have the best care for me: clean and nice facilities, good doctors and nurses, and good food (for hospital stays). The only problems I have encountered since 2005, is with their hospital's waiting time at the ER for the room every time I had to stay for further observations. If my memory serves me right, the longest waiting time I experienced was almost 2 days, like I came in 9:30ish pm, got taken care of, and was awaked around 4:30ish am or so by a doctor and told I need to stay at the hospital and will be transferred to my room "once it's ready ". I was transferred around 12:30ish am or 1:30ish am the next morning. I don't remember if I mixed my memory __but I think it was the time where I came to my room with an empty bed roommate. The bed was unmade, but stripped. Before breakfast time came, I complained to a nurse and said, in a controlled emotion, "You know, this bed has been empty since I came, and I heard there was a lot of us waiting for a bed at the ER." And she said, we need it to be the cleaned first and disinfected. I said nothing. But shook my head. As a CNA (my licensed is now expired), I had the feeling to disinfect it with the disinfectant wipes nearby, make the bed and report to the charge nurse it is ready. But, I did not follow my intrusive thoughts then.

On December 5th, 2025 I enjoy the service at the NY Presbyterian Medical Center. The registration process is on point and the security service makes sure every one is safe in the facility. The facility is very clean. The staff is awesome and always make you feel welcome and loved. Dr. Gregory Brown is an wonderful doctor. After every procedure their staff always call to follow-up on every patient and make sure you are well and if you have any questions. I would refer this center to all friends and family. Thank you Dr. Gregory Brown and your staff you all are amazing.

I came in to do a consult for a Hernia repair with Dr. Justin Steele. I must state, from the person at the front desk taking my information, to the very lovely nurse Patricia, who called me in and took my vitals, the service was top notch. Dr. Steele is amazing. He takes the time to set you at ease and answer all your questions. The Surgery was successful on Oct. 22nd 2025. This was also a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone treated me like a star. I truly felt important, like I was the only patient that mattered. Recovery was good and the nurses helped alot. My follow up with Dr. Steele 2 weeks later was another great experience and I'm very happy to be healing so quickly. Thank you all for your kindness and support. I have already recommended 2 people that are experiencing Hernia issues and I'm certain they too will be very pleased. New York Presbyterian Methodist Rocks.. Best Regards, Jeffery Brady.

I've had an excellent experience at NewYork-Presbyterian so far as I prepare for my upcoming surgery. The nurses and support team have been incredibly kind and attentive, and the CT scan staff treated me with genuine respect and care. My surgeon, Dr. Nasrawi, takes the time to explain every step clearly and makes sure I fully understand the procedure and what to expect. His communication and attention to detail have given me so much confidence and peace of mind. After a very difficult experience at another hospital, I truly appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and support I've received here--from the front desk to the nursing team to Dr. Nasrawi himself. I feel safe, heard, and well cared for. Thank you to everyone at NewYork-Presbyterian.
