The staff is very attentive and respectful. They answer all your questions and help you with your appointments. The doctor who treated me took the time to do everything perfectly and went above and beyond what I expected. It was a very good experience for me, unlike anything I'd had anywhere else before.

not a good experience, i had an appointment on Monday at 8 am, it is a paper on the door that it says the "Hours operation" it is just Tuesdays from 9am to 5pm, that was confusing because i arrived at 8 am and the door were close, i called them and they response inmediatly but i had to wait 10 min on the phone to find out was going on, they told me they were running late. the first person of the staff arrived around 8:30am, a receive a call at 8:37 am from them to confirm my appointment (they should call me before the appointment). right before 9 am they call me to the desk to explain me the process (the staff is very nice an attentive) and a fee of $300 dls, by that point i wasnt sure to pay that that amount for the experience by so far. I had a lot of expectations to get a good treathment for my legs, i left disapointed.

I don't like doctors but this place professional level is the best I've ever seen

Wait time is very long, understandable due to it being just one doctor. However, the Call center needs to be a bit more organized when scheduling appointments to reduce the amount of longer wait times to be seen. My appointments are usually at 5 pm and I'm always leaving 8 ish for a procedure of only 20 to 30 mins tops. other than that the doctor is great. Dr Hellinger is very precise and does an amazing job.

My spirits was very nice dear. The doctors are so nice. Everyone is so lovable. I enjoy going there. They treat you very well.
