My first appointment was cancelled and rescheduled over the phone. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I am greeted with the news that the Dr is not in. I asked why wasn't I called to rescheduled and the receptionist, with a shitty attitude, tells me that she tried to call me twice the day before and didn't get the option to leave a message, which is a lie. The other person in the office told me I wasn't on the list. Hard to tell who was telling the truth. I asked to check the number on file, which I know is correct, and she wouldn't do it. I can't review the doctor if the staff makes it impossible to see him. Never again.

Wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. Moser for caring so much! I am not sure how being in the heart of NYC, but he took great care of me and felt he really wanted me to be healthy and well regardless of the many priorities pulling his attention. Thank you!

My experience with him was HORRIBLE...Doesn't LISTEN to patients......I almost died and now suffer from Angina due to his lack of proper care and inattention to the pain I was experiencing...3x in a 6 week span I was admitted and he WASNT LISTENING to ME as the patient.
