This place should be closed permanently. I brought my daughter here at 8 pm tonight on December 16th 2025 obviously she is sick and this place is close to my house. I went to open the second door to the office and it was LOCKED. When I tapped on the glass a dark skin woman with reddish pink hair showed her face and told me she wasn't opening the door and shoo'ed me away. This office is supposed to treat people till 9pm and obviously they refuse to. The woman should be fired and never allowed to serve the people of Morris park. There was also two other people standing outside waiting to be seen as well. Hope management sees this and reprimands their employee for her unprofessionalism.

This is one of the best urgent care visit I have ever had. From the receptionist desk to the doctor's consultation; everything went perfectly smooth. It was a thanksgiving day and I needed to get tested for strep throat due to symptoms. Most of the urgent care facilities, including my primary care provider was closed. This was one of the few that was open and I am so lucky to have found this medical facility. During my visit, nurse Ms. Sherman (I hope this is the correct spelling) took great care of me; she was friendly, kind and wore a warm smile that made feel so comfortable that I forgot I was at a medical institution. Few minutes later, Dr. Richard Marino walked in to see me. He was equally gentle, kind and smiled every time he spoke to me. He thoroughly and carefully listened to me and examined my health condition. Additionally, he answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Everyone here is very professional. I am completely satisfied with this Urgent care.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. I found myself suddenly feeling sick and needed to see a doctor. It was 8 pm and all the other City MD centers near me were closing. I found this Optum Urgent Care center on my phone while doing a search and saw that it was open till 9 pm.
I quickly went over there and signed in. The place was empty. After registering my info I was called in and seen by a P. A. (Physicians Assistant). He did an amazing job asking me many questions and doing a thorough examination. He determined I had a sinus infection as a result of the flu which I tested positive for. He prescribed meds and I was on my way.
Thank you Mr. Tammy Tan, the P. A., and the staff (nurses aide, front desk) for treating me, and my wife who was with me, with such excellent care. They even offered us bottled water.

Staff is great, attentive. They make sure you're taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. The doctors care about working with patients (me) on an agreeable treatment plan. The facility is clean, comfortable waiting area. I wish they also had primary care.

This clinic will double bill your insurance and if they do ANY type of test they will charge you an additional copay without telling you. The only thing covered here is 10 minutes of talking to a doctor nothing more than that. Flu tests cost 30$, covid tests cost 30$, etc, and they will suggest the tests without telling you the price even if you aren't experiencing the symptoms. See your primary care physician instead because it will save you money. It's a shame that since the waiting room renovations they changed their quality of service
