MHHC Specialty Care at 70 West Burnside

I've been trying to make an appointment with the gyn for a month now. Calling non stop and no one answers. I have an iud that needs to be removed and how can it be removed if when I call I never get connected to anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable. God forbid I come out pregnant with this inside of me because I am unable to make an appointment. This needs to CHANGE!!

If you have an appointment here CHANGE IT FAST one of the worst place I've visited my family member had an appointment at 11am they call you to be there 30 min prior for nothing to wait in the waiting room for over 3 hours this is insane I don't know how this place has a 3.5 star when it's complete bogus trust me go else where. Customer service as well the front desk has an attitude and if you even approach them to ask a question they look at you as if you are disturbing them. You wouldn't think they be kind to their clients but you are wrong would never come here again sorry.

The doctor was great; however, it was a long wait my appointment was at 2:20 I didn't get seen until after four. They deserve no stars honestly because the wait was really long.

This has to be the WORST clinic EVER!!! The staff is not very knowlegable and at times not friendly. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE making an appointment here. If you walk in its up to the nurses "discretion" which pretty much means if you not pregnant you're not getting seen. The only reason I stood so long in this clinic was because I absolutely LOVE my OB GYN Doctor Marleny Erazo. Other than that I would NEVER NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! The desk staff don't care about your health.

I really tried to give this facility a chance considering the fact that this is my first pregnancy & I needed the help. The midwife that I am currently seeing is Helana Callard. My last visit was 2 days ago and I woke up extremely late. I called the center ahead of time to inform them I'll be late (I didn't mind rescheduling either) and the receptionist told me to come anyways. I get there and I'm put as a no show. Fast forwarding the nurse is telling me that the lady in the front did not register me in as if I'm the one held responsible to tell her. She had me go back from the waiting area and the receptionist told me word for word " she don't know what she's talking about just go back and wait till you're called. " I get called and Helana Callard asks me if the time I scheduled was too early. I told her that it wasn't and that I called for that reason and she said the front doesn't know where they're doing. She then tells me that if she would've known I was late to my appointment she would've called me @ 12 PM instead. Okay, because that's something professional to say to a pregnant woman who even made the attempt to show up. Lastly, previous appointments I was always asked what time worked out for me to come in. The nurse just gave me a paper with a time scheduled to come in without informing me. I went back to her and she brushes me off by saying " the nurse is with someone you need to wait ". I don't know if it was a bad day for them but this isn't the first time that entire staff has been rude. Helana Callard is unprofessional and needs to work on her professionalism with pregnant woman. I'm currently 6 months pregnant in the process of looking for a new facility to take care of me, my baby and make me feel important.
