Patient Reviews

Patient

It took 4 hours to talk to the neurologist for probably less than 10 minutes. We checked in on the iPad (after we waited in the counter to talk to someone and they made a face and said to check in on the kiosk). 40 minutes after check in I go up to the window and asked just to make sure that we were in the list, she said the iPads apparently didn't work so we were waiting for no reason. It took 2 hours before they did his vitals. The staffs are rude and incredibly inattentive. We had appointment at 11:30am and finished at 3:30pm. I'm sure it's not their fault at large but why are so many appointments given at the same time if the times can't be maintained even remotely close to when they are given. Incredibly frustrating experience overall.

Patient

Disappointed. This place is the worse. Came on time for appointments. Had to wait 3 hours to take vitals and 4 hours to be seen by a doctor. Front desk worked is super rude. When asked what's taking long they said they can't do anything about it. After waiting for long period of time they said to reschedule the appointment. They don't value patient. Place is packed with pt and long line. Doctor is training someone that is making pt wait long period of time and pt are not feeling welcomed here. Go somewhere else. This is not a place for the vulnerable patients.

Patient

Front desk staff is very unprofessional loud and inattentive. The front dear and neurology seems like they don't even want to work there and have their own private conversations in front of patients. Waiting room is small. Wait time is ridiculous even you come to your appointment on time. This will be the first and last I'll be here. I work at a diagnostic center/ health clinic and it is no way near as unprofessional as this place is .

Patient

The worst office i have ever experienced. Sent out wrong lab tests on multiple occasions. Unnecessary apps to charge insurance over matters easily done over the phone. Hour long wait to be seen. The list goes on and on.

Patient

I had a very frustrating experience with Medalliance located on East Fordham Road, Bronx. I had two dermatology appointments scheduled (Sept 2 and Sept 10), and both times I showed up only to be told the doctor was "on vacation." No one bothered to notify me in advance either time, which completely wasted my time. This office clearly lacks courtesy and professionalism. Judging by the other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has experienced this kind of unprofessional service.
