I had a terrible experience with PA BECKFORD LESLIE DEAN License Number 002147. I've been coming to this practice for years and have never experienced such poor patient care. I came in with what I knew to be an ear infection. The doctor immediately told me I did not have one without thoroughly examining my ear. He advised me to put baby oil in my ear and ear drops, which was shocking and unhelpful medical advice. He advised that the front desk would give me a prescription which is unlawful, front desk receptionist do not write prescription. I explained that for over 20 years, ear drops have never worked for me and that I always end up needing antibiotics. I know my body and have dealt with ear infections since childhood. Despite this, my concerns were dismissed. I went to my other primary care doctor immediately after, and they confirmed I did have an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics right away. Being told to see an ENT felt unnecessary, as I have never needed one before--my PCP has always been able to treat ear infections appropriately. This experience felt dismissive and like a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

I was doctor Mannam's patient at first he has great bedside manners and he ask me to give doctor Wong a try when she first started working there, I hesitant at first, but I did eventually and the rest is history. She's very friendly and helpful, doctor Wong feels like one of my favorite family members, doctor Wong is the best, I just wish she could be back full time. PS I've been a patient since 2012

Phenomenal experience at Dr. Mannam's office! I was choosing a new doctor and was thrilled with the outcome. Had more screenings than a routine annual check up, and felt this was such a thorough review of my health. The staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived early for my appointment and was helped immediately. Dr. Mannam was attentive, caring and made me feel that I made a great choosing him as my new Doctor. I have already recommended Dr. Mannam to some friends/family due to the excellent care I received by him and his team.
