Dr. Rosemond is a wonderful and amazing Dr. Love how she listens to her patients and gives respectful feedback. She gives you her upmost attention when seeing and addressing your medical needs. The world needs more caring and patient doctors like her. Don't get me wrong if there needs to be redirection to a patient she sees that it is managed.
The clinic in 138th Street takes care of their patients very good. That staff in the front is very polite. Their doctors are parades and very patients. You working and they take care of a few very fast give appointments very fast and when you walk in they see the same day I give them five star.
Terrible service none of the doctor want to work. They ask so much question and don't help you with what you need help with doctor are afraid to touch you but want to bill your insurance
I'm having problems with my foot, a friend recommended this place, so I go there and after a half hour of filling out stuff on this machine, the young lady at the counter told me, that they don't have doctors and that I would have to call, what kind of urgent care is this? So I asked to please delete my info, and I'll go to a real urgent care, if I could give a minus star rating I would.
Ariana and Maria were excellent and courteous medical assistants. At 542 E 138th st Essen Healthcare center. Dr Rosemond was also thorough with her examination. Im' So happy to have her as my Doctor.
