The psychologist/psychiatrist herself is truly wonderful, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her guidance. Unfortunately, the scheduling process has been very disappointing. I was informed that there is a two-hour window from the scheduled appointment time, but it seems this flexibility only applies on their end--not for patients. I joined about four weeks ago and have only been able to meet with her twice--not due to her lack of availability, but because my scheduled appointments were not honored. On multiple occasions, we never connected, and no courtesy calls or text messages were made to reschedule or explain the situation. I do not need a generic "Google response." I need your office to do better by your patients.
