I UNDERSTAND BEING BUSY. We know we must wait ....THE front desk do greet with Good Morning with empathy. AND A SMILE ... or not .Some Times clerks / or receptionist have no welcoming aura. won't even look at you (total ignoring THE Visitor and answering with a LOUD voice with a tone of inconsideration). Maybe Sealing up the wall partition properly in the waiting area ... those walls you can hear all gossip etc... DUTY OF ROUTINE P&P job is NOT to be working with heart of stone/cold as ice. GROUCHY loud1sONES should not be in front desk .

Dr. Woo is the BEST DOCTOR in the world. Dr. Woo has saved my life several times. He is very soft and relaxed no matter what the problem is. Dr. Woo is the BEST! Thank you Dr. Woo for everything. If it wasn't for your caring, brain and help I don't know where I would be.
