I have been a patient at Halper Family Medicine for 5 years now. The front end office staff are very friendly and efficient. Dawn and Frankie are very accommodating with all my requests and they make check in and scheduling appointments very easy. Their Doctors and PA's are very thorough and take the time to listen to your concerns and they truly are concerned with the whole patient, not just what ails you at the visit. I was seeing Jennifer Robinson PA, initially, she is very efficient and takes the time to talk to you to get to the root of the problem. Jen isn't just interested in giving a prescription and sending you on your way. She takes the time to get to know you and she is very compassionate and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I now see Dr. Cabot, for no other reason than her office hours work better for me. Dr Cabot took the time to get to know me and ask the questions about my past medical history and listened to my concerns and how I wanted to approach my medical treatment. This is exactly what you want in a Doctor. Someone who is willing to listen to your concerns and allow you to voice your opinions on your treatment plan. The staff at the Bayport office are genuinely thoughtful, kind, sincere people and they are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this office.

Outstanding patient service!! First time to the Bayport office. The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I felt that they went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and I did!!! Dawn especially, was great with her follow up, in trying to solve an RX problem for me. I appreciate her diligence in this matter. I highly recommend a visit to Halper Medical of Bayport, for your next medical need. 5 Stars!!

After three years as patients, I can confidently say this is one of the best doctor's offices we've ever experienced. The staff is outstanding--highly skilled, professional, and always kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Our family always feels respected, heard, and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent medical care.

The best doctors office I've ever been a patient of. And the are many good ones in the area. The ladies at the front desk, Dawn and Frankie, are fair and extremely pleasant. The assistants are solid. And Jennifer Robinson is exactly the kind of healthcare provider you want in 2025. She's so knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and just plain good at what she does.

While the office has faced staffing challenges over the years, this incredible team continues to make it work. Their dedication and commitment to patients never waver, even when they're short-staffed or overwhelmed. That being said--they all deserve a raise and some extra help!
