I came in yesterday for a nuclear stress test. Carmen, is a sweetheart and makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. She connects with you and makes you feel at ease. Zach, then took me in for IV and pictures. He did my IV so quickly and it was painless., which is so rare because my veins are terrible. He was a breath of fresh air and just so kind and informative. Jennifer was the technician who performed the stress test and she is nothing short of an angel sent from heaven. I have extreme anxiety and was so nervous to have the test done. I had done one prior and couldn't finish it at another place. She walked me through the whole test and made me feel so supported. She basically held my hand through every step as we connected about our kids and she made me feel like I was with family. We had great convo and before I knew it, we were done. I've never encountered people in the medical profession like this. They were all so kind and amazing. Beyond competent and organized. I left in awe, literally. Just wanted to thank you all for making my experience a wonderful one.
