Such a nice office overall, first visit with Dr. Abruzzese she was very knowledgeable and kind, great demeanor professional and laid out a cohesive plan for my situation. *Update* this office is actually the best office I've ever worked with in terms of communication. Not only the easy accessibility of My Chart program, but when I had an issue with insurance coverage for a radiology prescription they took care of it right away :)

Babylon OBGYN is by far the best practice I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and every physician I've met has been compassionate, attentive, and kind. Dr. Franchina delivered my son and provided an experience that exceeded all of my expectations. I could not be more grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend Babylon OBGYN.

I normally don't like to leave negative reviews because everyone has bad days, and I completely understand that -- but this is the second bad experience I've had with the front desk staff at this office. The first time, I came for my annual and saw Dr. Amanda Cronin -- this review has nothing to do with her because she was absolutely amazing, made me feel super comfortable, and I really loved her. After that visit, I needed blood work. The front desk told me they were waiting on the paperwork. I saw a pile of papers right next to them and had a gut feeling mine was there, but I trusted what I was told. I waited 20 minutes, and only after asking again did they realize my paperwork had been sitting there the whole time. That alone would've been fine -- I have patience, and I understand mistakes happen. But today was my second visit, for a sonogram. I was so excited, like any pregnant woman would be. I was told (multiple times, including through MyChart the morning of) to arrive at 8:45 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment. I arrived right on time, but the office was empty, so I sat and waited. They had called me a few days earlier to let me know Dr. Amanda Cronin would be in surgery, and I'd be seeing Dr. Jessica Abruzzese instead -- which was totally fine with me. I was just happy to be seen. But by 9:15, after sitting there for 30 minutes with my husband (who took time off work for this), no one had said a word to me. I finally went up to ask, and was told the provider hadn't even arrived yet and they might need to reschedule. That would have been understandable if someone had communicated it earlier. Instead, I was left sitting there without any update. There was a clear lack of communication and no sense of urgency from the front desk. Again -- this review does not reflect the doctors themselves. Dr. Cronin was amazing. But the front desk staff didn't seem to care. They were chatting about their weekend and how it rained on their hibachi night and sipping coffee while I sat there with no explanation or communication. Upsetting

I couldn't have asked for better doctors than Dr. Cronin and Dr. Franchina especially as a first time mom. When we were faced with the complication of shoulder dystocia, Dr. Cronin's calm and fast action made all the difference. It was a moment of fear and uncertainty, but her confidence and professionalism gave me strength. Because of Dr. Cronin, my baby arrived safely, and I will never forget how she handled such a critical situation. Thank you for being the kind of doctor who truly makes a difference. I am so grateful to have had Dr. Cronin by my side on such an important day in our lives.

Highly recommend Dr. Abruzzese was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything. The staff was amazing, and had a well run office. This is my new Gyn Dr and office.
