After each and every visit over the past thirty years, I reflect on how fortunate my husband and I are to have Dr. Howard Hertz as our physician. Dr. Hertz is truly a compassionate person who shows genuine interest in all of our concerns. He has proven time and time again that he is an outstanding diagnostician. He identifies health issues clearly, explains them thoroughly, and works diligently to find the best possible solutions. Above all, he is committed to providing every patient with the highest standard of care. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful man to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

Dr. Hertz and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I have been going here for well over 35 years. I feel that they genuinely care for me and the rest of their patients. They listen to you, follow up, and make sure you are truly cared for in you needs. Dr Hertz is friendly, you can talk with him about any concern and he will listen. He has a smile and is never dismissive. The PAs Enbal, and Ryan are lovely as well. This is a quality practice with quality people who care. For anyone with questions about negative reviews, ask yourself, is this the Babylon Medical Practice or a disconnect with the patient and insurance carrier that gets put on the Medical staff? As we say in the IT business, 9 times out of 10 the problem is between the keyboard and the chair!

Robert is the absolute best when it comes to customer service. You can really see he does it all and always remains happy and upbeat while juggling all the behind the scenes work that goes into a medical practice. Christina is such an empathetic doctor who listens and helps you anyway you can. I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Jared Hertz is the most down to earth doctor I've ever had. I've had a hard time finding a doctor who actually listens, is easy to talk to, and isn't dismissive about my concerns. He's incredibly thorough and makes sure everything is addressed and that I leave with a clear plan. It's refreshing to have a doctor who treats you like a person and never comes off as uptight or rushed like many other doctors I've seen. Highly recommend him!

During my physical, Dr. Howard Hertz noticed an abnormal looking "mole" on my chest and told me I should go to a dermatologist and get it checked out. I did as such, and they determined that I have abnormal cells and need to get it surgically removed and if I didn't, it would turn into skin cancer. Thank you for catching onto something so serious that I never batted an eye to!
