I've had a lovely experience here with the front desk staff, the nurses, and my doctor. I hadn't had a primary care physician for many years because I didn't feel like I was getting treated well in the past. This office has made me remember what it's like to have a reliable primary. They have helped me in urgent times, squeezed me in, and rarely have long wait times. It's helped to make doctors visits not as daunting as they used to feel.

Administration/ booking team is terrible. I had an appointment scheduled for more than a month but day of they messed it up and could not see me/did not offer another appointment until 2 months out. I had been bearing with them and going here for 2 years but this was the last straw and I am going elsewhere.

The doctors I saw were good The administrative staff is a nightmare. They lie about appointments and you come in and wait for hours and then are told oh no appt in the system. The dont follow up to set up testing. Good luck getting records.

Do not book with ZocDoc!!! I booked an appointment for yesterday 1045. I arrived at 1040 and the women in the front were helping other people, so one of them told me to put my name on the clipboard. Well fast forward to 1130, why was I confused nobody called me and none of them checked the clipboard for almost an hour. I went up to them to ask and none of them had my name in the system. Then one of the girls told me they never accepted my appointment request... uh I have a confirmation email for my appointment. Then she told me that Dr Fisher didn't have any more appointments for today.. exactly? Because my appointment was for 1040 and by now its an hour later yall had me waiting there without checking the clipboard and not doing your jobs. This place is so ghetto. The women in the front look unprofessional, on their cell phones scrolling Facebook and gossiping in a bubble in the front. Management really needs to address their front and scheduling staff. This clinic is losing clients left and right. I suggest you don't come here.

Longest wait times ever. Not efficient with returning phone calls (ex: for blood results ) Today was my second time visiting this office. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. There was 1 person in the waiting room. 2 other people arrived after me . All patients were called in before me. When i addressed the girls at the front desk I was told I would be called next. I was called in and triaged and told the dr would be in shortly. An hour later Im still waiting in the room so i left. I told the girls in the front to cancel the appointment because I refuse to wait more than an hour to be seen at an office where I had an appointment and arrived early. I came to this office because the name is reputable but they are not living up to their reputation at this branch. Not sure exactly what the problem in the office management is but its not working out.
