I see Dr Lam as my primary care physician, and have seen other members of the staff there and some of the people in other specialties. This is a well-run, courteous and professional practice.

Dr Lam was excellent I called back for my test results. But I was on hold for half an hour and no one answered the phone. I gave up after thirty minutes. This is unacceptable.

Unprofessional staff / nurse - hard time to refill my prescription - Not only they did not respond 3 times to the CVS pharmacy for the prescription refill but also I had to call two times Nov 17 and Nov 19 to talk to the staff - they provided the excuse that there was a change in their system - I do not want to hear excuses - I expect results - probably the team that did the system migration is also incompetent - This is not my concern

Although I'm a bit resistant to medical offices, they make everything easier here. The staff's charisma is wonderful. Dr. Hutchinson, Luis, Maria, and Wanda are all excellent! I finally found a medical office that feels like home. Thank you!

Avoid this place at any cost!! Starting with receptionists that act like they are doing you a favor for checking you in, to pompous doctors that are there just to push you through expensive excessive procedures and prescribe you completely unnecessary drugs. I went to get checked up for a simple cough, got pushed through a number of completely unnecessary breathing tests, for which this place charged my insurance close to $1700. Follow-up visit , which involved the doctor saying hello and prescribing me an inhaler (no idea why if I am being able to breathe perfectly normally) and getting charged $500 for this encounter. This place is a gold-digging mine extracting exorbitant amount of money from patients for basic to no services. Oh, and they do not miss an opportunity to push you some PCP names and get you in the full cycle of milking you out of money.
