Mount Sinai Doctors Queens - Astoria

I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment here. When I spoke with Eddie G, he was rude, dismissive, and condescending for no reason, just because I asked to book an appointment. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and belittled. I expect basic respect and professionalism when dealing with staff, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

Out pt cath lab was great with mom caring. only bad experience with security heartless and disappointing may they never have to be in the shoes of a patient loved one wanting to be by their parent side Get it they are doing their job but common sense should be used and even if they say be quick that comes a long way but

Eddie G at Mohntsanai of Astoria was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful over the phone. He kept me on the line for 15 minutes with nonsense instead of providing real assistance. I hope management reviews the call and provides him with serious customer service training.

I came here a few days ago for my appointment and the front desk lady named Aleena was the rudest person to me. I had questions about my appointment and when I approached her with these questions she gave me so much attitude and I felt very uncomfortable asking. She is always the rude one every time I have a appointment and this is not a first time thing.
