I had a very disappointing experience with the doctor and office. My phone follow-up appointment was scheduled, but the doctor never called until I reached out myself. When he finally got on the line, he rushed through the visit, was very rude and dismissive about answering my question, and even asked to hang up, which I found very shocking. I tried to advocate for myself, but in the middle of me repeating my question he transferred the call to the office manager lady with no license to answer medical questions and she was also very rude and dismissive. I also had to send a form multiple times because the office did not care to locate it, and both the doctor and the front desk were rude when I tried to confirm it was in my chart. Patients deserve to feel respected and heard, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I'm so glad and happy to write a review on Dr Debasis Roy Chowdhury's office. I can say only one sentence " The best team in the Cardiologist department " in the New York State. Starting from the front desk everyone is so friendly and helpful that's what we all wish to see in all the medical offices. I didn't feel that I am in a doctor office, they were so good and helpful as if I am in my friends office to visit them. Dr Roy Chowdhury is awesome , I want to mention a name " GLORIA " she was with me for the stress test, She is very very professional, skilled , Intelligent , knowledgeable , beautiful as well a lovely lady. She made me more confident to say that age is just a number. I am great full and I appreciate for all of your support for me. Live long Dr Roy Chowdhury and your team. God bless you all.

Dr. Roychoudhuri has been my father's cardiologist for many years now, and we truly couldn't ask for a better doctor. He goes beyond just being "nice" he's incredibly kind, understanding, and always takes the time to communicate clearly and thoughtfully. Every visit, he makes sure we feel heard, answers all our questions with patience, and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. He's also very efficient, professional, and well-spoken, yet approachable and caring at the same time. My dad trusts him deeply and speaks very highly of him, and it gives our whole family peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands. It's rare to find a doctor who combines skill, compassion, and excellent communication this way. We're truly grateful for the care he's provided over the years. Not to mention the staff in his office are so nice and helpful.

II had an appointment with Dr Debasish Roychoudhury,he was very angry and rude,instead of asking me a question he was yelling at me where is my blood report or anything, and i got so scared to answer him and he had all the reports in the system and he refuse to see in the computer. Very very unprofessional behaviour. I did brought his behaviour to the front desk, but i dont know if they will let him know.

My experience was wonderful everyone was very unique, tambien Gloria was unique excellent thank you so much everyone for the unique hospitality & professionalism throughout the process.
