Albany Associates in Cardiology

Staff were extremely nice and personable, however my favorite tech was Lowery. Lowery must have sensed my anxiety and calmed it with his bedside manner. He explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. When I was leaving, Lowery made sure I knew when results would be available - such a nice gentleman. I'm sure his family is very proud of the kind person he is. Please share this review with Lowery; he deserves to know how much he is appreciated. In addition, the 2 ladies performing the stress test were also very friendly. They chatted to make me feel comfortable. Although it was a long day, these staffers made it more manageable. Thank these individuals for me, please!

Dr Mueller is a 5 star doctor caring , empathetic supportive in touch with his patients he will be missed and there will be a loss where he was working but he is making sure all his patients are in good hands

I'm very disappointed with the callback response time. I left several messages for my doctor three weeks ago after being hospitalized and another message the second week of May. The nurse is just now returning my call after being notified by another provider. Please do a better job with communication because people lives are at risk.

I was seen as a Walk In by NP A. Jones. She was very attentive, patient, courteous and informative. All of my concerns were addressed, all questions answered. I would have given 5 stars but was told by the front desk that I could not complete registration w/o providing my SS#. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful.

The staff here made the visit very welcoming and we're extremely friendly. The doctor was very nice, polite and respectful. Had some testing done and the nursing staff that did that was amazing and we're very respectful, understanding and personable. Was very nervous having to go here, and the current staff made it an easy peazy and comfortable welcoming process. Thank you, five stars all the way around.
