Patient
I saw Melissa Klein. She didn't ask a single question about my symptoms, refused to do a test I needed (tilt table), scheduled an echocardiogram instead, said that two issues (whose comorbidity has been highly documented) couldn't be related because she's *personally* never heard that, and then told me I just have to drink more water. On top of that, they wayyy overcharged me, and I ended up not being able to get a very important surgery that's been rescheduled twice already and planned for almost two years, just because seeing her made the anesthesiologists not want to put me under until I got that echocardiogram (even though there is absolutely no reason for concern, and I've been under before). Then the office wouldn't help me get it straightened out when they said they would, and now I will likely need to get three major surgeries within the span of two weeks. All because of this doctor who had no idea what she was talking about. Save yourself the hassle. Avoid Presbyterian.
