Made appointment many months in advance. Pre-registered and arrived 15 minutes before appointment as requested. Waited 50 minutes total and asked front desk when I would be seen. Response was that the doctor was running late. I asked clerk to to walk back to offices and find out when I would be seen. Response was another 30 minute wait. Staff does NOT communicate with waiting patients until forced to do so. I understand that urgent problems require priority but that only reinforces the need for communication. Several other waiting patients had the same experience and returned to front desk for specifics.
