Minnsun "Annette" Park, MD, FACC, specializes in general cardiology, women and heart disease, structural heart disease and advanced cardiovascular imaging. She is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Park's personal upbringing and training has her inspired to serve her new home of Southern New Mexico, with a particular focus on helping the underserved. When her family first came to the United States, they could not afford healthcare. Therefore, her parents relied on the kindness of doctors at their church who would offer care for only a small fee. It was then she realized she wanted to become someone who can help others.
Having lived and trained in New Orleans for over ten years, Dr. Park found a passion..

I only saw her once. Literally no questions were answered. She walked in the room staring at her computer and didnt even introduce herself. She ordered multiple tests, TWO WEEKS ago, I called to check the status, and the office hasn't even put the request in to nsurance. I requested to switch doctors, and apparently the office manager has to approve it....ummm...ok....yet TWO WEEKS later I've still heard nothing. Ridiculous.

My experience only! This place is ridiculous. Staff is rude and it's no wonder because Dr. Park is the same. There is literally no customer service. My PCP referred me there which is why I made an appointment. When i arrived i read her pamplet introducing herself and why she became a dr, to help people and thought oh good I'm in good hands....BULL!
I was told I have to wear a heart monitor and that it could take 3 weeks for my insurance to approve. A week later I called my insurance for one, because I'm concerned with the issues with my heart and was told they haven't even received the prior authorization paperwork. The nice customer service insurance rep even placed me on hold to contact their office and see if there was anything they could do to speed up the process and was unsuccessful at reaching anyone. I guess it's easier to blame the insurance coming for being lazy .
