See that's why iam scard for my daughter because I can't have a Dr that don't show up but that's why she had it done in Tucson when she was a baby now she 27 yrs old and going strong. Iam proved of her and one thing and God is the one that got my baby in health too. And my god is my prayer and dr.no one can tell you but him.
I first saw this gentleman as a patient and he said that nothing serious was wrong with me . His mannerisms and dealing with patients is the worst. His office staff is probably equal to his attitude. I stayed with nm cardiac care and asked to be switched to Dr. Bhatnagar i asked never to see this dr rodriguez again. Just my insistence that something was wrong and dr Bhatnagar careful assessment of my symptoms he has found my problems and I am on the road to getting answers but this practice is not working for me. Also I stayed with Memorial Medical because I see all the great work they do and the organization they have also professionalism. It's a shame they put these drs in an office off of site from the hospital because they are the worst at doing their job that memorial prides themselves in as far as patient care. No communication, no information on a procedure I needed done at hospital . I went three times to hospital andtheee times to nm cardiac care because no one would answer the phone or help you when they did. I sympathize with the elderly folks with oxygen tanks, walkers , and canes that are unfortunately more sick than I am having to go finding out answers to Memorial Medical hospital. I was exhausted trying to figure out where my procedure was going to be and when and I am only 52!!! This practice does have great drs but sadly this DR. Rodriguez IS NOT ONE OF THEM .
Listened to what I had to say about ongoing symptoms and was able to correct medications I was on ordered by a different cardiologist out of state. Very appreciative of his care!
No one answers the phone. You make appointments and the doctor is a no-show. You have an appointment but the computers are down because they are switching apps or something so he can't treat you. ABSOLUTELY USELESS PRACTICE.
