Dr Graor is very attentive. Explains everything, listens to your concerns and answers any questions. We just moved to Las Cruces a year ago so we are new patients. We both feel confident in the care we have received from Dr Graor. We also have had really good experiences with the support staff and office.
I had a serious heart attack in 2011. I went to Mountain View Hospital and Doctor Graor inserted two stents within hours. I followed his directions as to diet and weight. Now, in 2023, I am living a full active life. I moved from NM in 2016, but have had no issues since the initial insertion of stents. I was always pleased with the staff there and with Dr. Graor, who warmed more to me as time passed. I see that he is instrumental in the new hospital and leading the way in the area. If you have an issue he addresses do not hesitate - utilize him as your physician.
Dr. Graor and his staff are highly professional and caring. At a time when many front-end employees simply lack skills and training, Dr. Graor's staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Jace and Marlon are two who stand out. Dr. Graor doesn't keep you waiting and he has a sense of humor. I would recommend him highly.
The experience I witnessed Between Dr. Graor and my father was very professional. When I was at the latest follow up appointment with my father and mother, Dr. Greor answered all of my father's questions and addressed all of his concerns. He even explained the need for certain medications and discussed post operative expectations.The sour point of the entire appointment was our initial and final encounter with his rude, condescending and disrespectful receptionist, Kathy! Other than that, everything else was positive. I doubt that her attitude will change because it seems like that's just her demeanor, so if you can move beyond that and just get yourself into the operatory without Kathy influencing your blood pressure, the doctor is A+. And be honest, he probably isn't even aware of her "burnt out"customer service!
Wouldn't be alive without this doctor. I've every confidence in him. His new office at Three Crosses Regional in Las Cruces is fantastic. All I can say is WOW and thank you Dr Graor
