Dr. Maithili Shenoy was excellent. This was my initial visit with her. She immediately put me at rest regarding my current cardiac concerns. I am scheduled for a test and will visit with her to discuss the results and future treatment. I recommend her to anyone seeking assistance and/or guidance with cardiac issues. I read another patient's review about Lovelace clinic billing as a hospital outpatient visit. Presbyterian healthcare also does this billing. This is allowed by government Rule CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).

Dr Shenoy is great. Easy to talk to and informative. But I may never go back. Lovelace billed for a hospital outpatient clinic visit at $431 which Humana denied. It was actually a 20 min visit with her to go over test results. Their billing is a mess. They double bill insurance and don't give credit for my payments. 4 payments and 4 receipts to 4 different entities. It's a mess.
