Patient
Dr. Nair charged over $600 to let me know that a heart monitor device was not working and gave literally NO INFORMATION about my heart. I received no information from my heart monitor for which I paid out of pocket $200. Presbyterian insurance and this office did not offer any support, so I paid $200 and have learned nothing about my health. Very disappointed. This is stealing money in my opinion. Also, I have tried contacting this office for help... they do not help. They don't care that they charged me for doing nothing. The 'owner' is saying as a response below that they will help 'personally and privately'... however, I wasted hours and hours of time trying to resolve this issue already, so this doctor and this office are really just lying about trying to help me resolve. This doctor's office offered absolutely no help in trying to resolve this issue despite my working really hard to try to resolve it prior to writing my review and paying for nothing. I would highly recommend not going to Presbyterian or using this doctor's office. To reiterate... the response below is completely untrue. I have called and emailed many, many times... and they kept telling me that I had to pay for a service that was not provided. It was a broken heart monitor... unreadable.. but I got charged for 'reading' that monitor by this office.
