My experience at Southwestern of Alamogordo was needless to say horrible. After waiting an hour an half in an 85 degree exam room, I ask a staff member what is taking so long, the gentleman points to a tall person staring at a folder at a counter. That individual didn't bother to say anything let alone acknowledge I was asking any questions. They like to over book and make their patients wait ridiculous amounts of time for care. Demanded a refund and walked out. Don't bother going to this butcher shop. Totally unprofessional.

Great experience! Dr Lawal was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain my current situation and next steps. I left his office feeling very confident I was in good hands. Highly recommended!

Saw an NP rather than the Doctor on this visit. NP Jaime was professional and thorough. Spoke with a med student who was working with Mr. Jaime for most of the visit. Nice young man. The med student had Excellent people skills. I give the student 4 stars.

It was swift and detailed. I also was surprised and impressed w the CNP who entered appt before Dr Lawal. He was thorough, explained w details and set me up for stress test and ultrasound. Dr Lawal is also impressive w cardiology facts. The CNP was able to get my appointment completed without Dr Lawal . I left thoroughly satisfied w my follow up. Thank u Drs.

I had shock treatment for Atrialfib. It went well. I was pressed by the nurses bedside manner and their obvious caring attitude. And doc did the heart jolt well, although I don't remember much after the joy juice kicked in. Timeliness. Is always in my mind important. I don't get discounts for really late doctors. Even the nurses guessed for whom I was waiting. I also find it difficult to catch everything doctor says as he talks incredibly fast.
